In this letter, I hereby confirm the great interest that the Municipality and the Cultural Commission have taken in your project of scrims on the river between the fishing farm and the main bridge. 

The dates that appear to be most advisable, more from an environmental point of view than of tourism, are from the first of August through the beginning of September.  Thus, I grant you authority to undertake all steps needed for your project and, in particular, that of the residents whom you will need to obtain agreement for the affixing and access to their space. 

I rely on you to respect all the requirements of safety and the environment we have raised together and assure you of the support in principal of the municipality.
